Google Chrome comes with its own built-in media player, and version 46 is the latest version in Slacko 6.3's software repositories. ![]() Yes, the video will play without making any further changes. I'm not sure why Google chrome version 46 makes any difference? how is that? Are you saying that the streaming will play without any further changes? What about the Gnome player or any player.how would that fit into this? What are you running? USB install, hard drive install? And what type? There aren't too many OSs where you can carry the thing around in your pocket with you.and in Puppy's case, it was designed to work that way from the very first release, over 13 years ago. If you go into Menu->Multimedia, and look up the top, what d'you have installed? VLC? Gnome MPlayer? MPlayer is a default player with many Puppies, because it's lightweight, and will play pretty much anything. I've not used Slacko 6.3.2 I use several of the older Slackos (5.6.0, 5.7.0, for example), Tahr, Xenialpup.they're all in my sig. Sounds to me as though you've not got the default media player set. ![]()
